GOGI believes the inmates that have tools for positive decision making never return to prison. Why is recidivism at all time highs? Inmates simply do not have the tools for positive decision making.

WOMEN IN PRISON: Women Finding Freedom, was written for and with the assistance of more than 600 inmates. The tools for positive decision making are simple to understand and even more simple to apply.

In WOMEN IN PRISON: Women Finding Freedom, you will learn about:

  • Being the BOSS OF YOUR BRAIN which helps in positive decision making.
  • BELLY BREATHING teaches how to make better decisions through a relaxed body.
  • FIVE SECOND LIGHTSWITCH teaches how to switch your neurological connections and form more positive mental habits.
  • WHAT IF? teaches how to look for options and alternatives, regardless of the situation.
  • THOUGHTS, WORDS and ACTIONS teaches how to take control of the actions through your choice of words.
  • REALITY CHECK teaches the natural process of change and how to optimize results

YOU DESERVE INTERNAL FREEDOM, TOO

While written for inmates, the general public is well aware that in some way, we are all in our own prison. Your personal prison may be a dead end career, debt, bad relationship, drinking, drugs, depression, or pain. Your prison is just as real to you as the prison bars faced by 2.2 million men, women and children in the United States. You can find internal freedom with the help of the tools designed for people in prison. And, if you have a family member or friend in prison, you can share the information with them. If you have children, you can give them powerful tools for positive decision making when you show them how well the tools work in your life.

The GOGI book was written for inmates, with the help of inmates. Just read what inmates are saying about the book…

It opened my eyes to new ways of dealing with life, people and everyday stuff that life throws at you. -M.E

Learning the theories on brain functions empathy, mirror neurons, and applying report has helped in creating open space in the mind, and the environment. -C.G.

I have a new way of communicating and learned how to overcome the ’smelly’ situations. -H.S.

I can express my feelings in an appropriate way and meet any challenge head on. I truly believe that many of these qualities were hidden under the surface. It took life coaching to bring them to the surface and to help me let go of self-destructive patterns. -K.W

This course helps because dealing with everyday problems I just go into relaxation mode and try to forget about the situation. -G.G.

This course has helped by putting me in contact with a conscience awareness of what might be. -K.K.

The GOGI book was written to provide inmates with a very easy to understand and even easier to apply set of tools for positive decision making. Simplicity is the key. The GOGI book has simple solutions to addiction, anger, violence, depression, isolation, and other actions leading toward incarceration.
